Essence of Meh

I went to college in NYC, majored in French Literature and have returned to Chicago after four years (and a brief 6 month stint in Vietnam) to find myself out of school, working and a tad discombobulated... in a good way.

I love food, wine and sport. I also love football (european and american) and Rugby. 

I was raised French by two American parents. Feel free to inquire. And I often confuse people when I accidentally insert a word in the wrong language into a sentence. C'est la vie. 

I have sworn off swimming in oceans for fear of sharks, yet I obsessively watch Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. I've also been known to sit in front of the shark tanks at the aquarium for uncomfortable amounts of time.
